Openloop Pay

Important: By using Openloop Pay, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the security of your crypto assets and private keys.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, installing, or using Openloop Pay (the web application and browser extension, the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Openloop Pay is a wallet application for checking stablecoin balances and sending stablecoins. It enables you to:

The App (including its design, code, and documentation) is the property of Haudi Crypto, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. Open-source software used by the App is subject to its respective licenses (see Licenses).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haudi Crypto, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of cryptocurrency, loss of profits, or loss of data.

We shall not be liable for damages arising from the interruption, suspension, or termination of any service related to the App (including but not limited to distribution of the App, provision of updates, and technical support).

We shall not be liable for damages arising from your violation of the laws of Japan or any other country in connection with your use of the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haudi Crypto, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your breach of these Terms.

12. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with third-party services such as WalletConnect, dApps, and blockchain networks. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.

13. Updates and Changes

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason. You may stop using the App at any time (by uninstalling it, in the case of the extension).

15. Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces

You represent that you do not currently, and warrant that you will not in the future, fall under the category of organized crime groups, their members, persons for whom less than five years have passed since ceasing to be such members, quasi-members, affiliated companies, corporate racketeers, groups engaging in criminal activities under the pretext of social movements, crime groups specialized in intellectual crimes, or equivalent persons (collectively, "Anti-Social Forces"). If we determine that you are an Anti-Social Force, we may suspend the provision of services related to the App without prior notice.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Tokyo in accordance with the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
