1. Introduction

Openloop Pay (the web application and browser extension, the "App") is a stablecoin wallet developed by Haudi Crypto, Inc. ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, stores, and shares user data.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your crypto assets.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Privacy is a core design principle of the App. We do not collect:

• Personally identifiable information (name, email address, phone number)
• Wallet addresses or crypto asset balances
• Transaction history or details
• Private keys or seed phrases
• Location data
• Device identifiers for tracking purposes
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Web history, the content of pages you visit, or activity such as keystrokes

We operate no server that receives any of the above.

2-1. About Personally Identifiable Information

• Collection: The App does not collect personal information such as email addresses, phone numbers, names, or social media accounts.
• Handling and storage: We do not receive it, so we neither store nor process it.
• Sharing: Not shared.
• Use: Not used.

The App's build contains no code that receives, sends, or verifies an email address. The App uses the WalletConnect (Reown) library to connect wallets, but that library's email and social login features have been removed from the App's build. Only wallets are offered as connection methods, and there is no email input field.

If you contact us: only when you contact us do we (Haudi Crypto, Inc.) receive your email address and message. We use it solely to reply, and do not share it with third parties.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The following is stored only on your own device and is never sent to us:

• Account selection: Which account each surface displays (associated with device identity)
• Send history: A local ledger of the transfers you make with the App
• Address book: Recipient labels you save
• WalletConnect sessions: Active session data for a connected wallet
• App settings: Language, testnet visibility, and other user preferences

This data is stored using your browser's local storage mechanisms.

4. How We Use Information

The App uses the information stored on your device only to:

• Display the balances of the connected wallet
• Build a transaction from the transfer you specify and pass it to the hardware wallet for signing
• Relay a dApp's signing request to the hardware wallet and return the result to the dApp
• Restore your preferences (language, display) the next time you use the App

Because we never receive this information, we never use it. It is never used for advertising, profiling, behavioral analysis, or creditworthiness decisions.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or transfer user data. We do not receive user data, so we have nothing to disclose to any third party.

When you use the App, your device communicates directly with the following parties. These are chosen by your own action, not by us:

• Your Openloop hardware wallet: communication happens only between your device and the hardware (Section 8)
• Blockchain networks (public RPC nodes): To query balances and broadcast transactions (public blockchains). A blockchain is a public ledger, so an address and a transaction sent to it are public information by their nature
• WalletConnect relay servers: relay end-to-end encrypted messages when you connect via WalletConnect (Section 10)
• A dApp or website you approve: a site receives your public address only if you approve the connection

WalletConnect (Reown): when you connect over WalletConnect, your device talks to their servers to establish the session and relay messages. Relayed messages are end-to-end encrypted, so they cannot read the contents. ⚠️ By the nature of the connection, your IP address, the wallet you chose and a record that a connection was made do reach them. Your email address does not — the App contains no code that would send it (see Section 2-1).

The App sends data to no other party.

6. Limited Use

The App complies with each of the following:

• We do not sell or transfer user data to third parties, apart from the approved use cases
• We do not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to the App's single purpose
• We do not use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain no user data — we never receive any, so there is no retention period.

Information stored on your device stays there until you delete it. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data or by uninstalling the extension. Once deleted, nothing remains on our side.

8. Communication with the Hardware Wallet

The App communicates with an Openloop hardware wallet over USB (WebHID) on desktop and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) on mobile. This communication:

• Occurs only between your device and the hardware wallet
• Does not pass through any external server

9. Camera (QR Code Scanning)

The App may use your device camera to read payment-request QR codes.

• The camera feed is processed only on your device
• No images or video are transmitted to or stored anywhere outside your device
• Camera use requires your permission

10. WalletConnect Protocol

When you connect via WalletConnect:

• Communication is relayed through WalletConnect's relay servers
• All messages are end-to-end encrypted
• We cannot access the content of these communications
• Session data is stored locally on your device

11. Data Security

We implement the following security measures:

• End-to-end encryption of WalletConnect communications
• Local storage using platform-provided mechanisms
• No server-side storage of user information
• Confirmation on the hardware wallet for every sensitive operation
• Private keys always stay inside the hardware wallet and never leave it

12. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If there are significant changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
