Important: By using Openloop Connect, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the security of your cryptocurrency assets and private keys.
By downloading, installing, or using the Openloop Connect application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Openloop Connect is a companion application that enables:
The App acts as a bridge between your hardware wallet and blockchain networks. It does not store or have access to your private keys.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Haudi Crypto, Inc. does not have custody of, or access to, your cryptocurrency assets, private keys, or recovery phrases. The App is a non-custodial tool that facilitates communication between your hardware wallet and blockchain networks.

The App, including its design, code, and documentation, is the property of Haudi Crypto, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAUDI CRYPTO, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the interruption, suspension, or termination of services related to the App, including but not limited to app distribution, update provision, and technical support.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from your violation of Japanese or foreign laws or regulations in connection with the use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haudi Crypto, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
The App may interact with third-party services such as WalletConnect, dApps, and blockchain networks. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
You represent that you are not currently a member of, or associated with, organized crime groups (boryokudan), their members, quasi-members, affiliated companies, corporate extortionists (sokaiya), groups engaging in criminal activities under the guise of social movements, or other anti-social forces (collectively, "Anti-Social Forces"), and warrant that you will not become associated with such forces in the future. If the Company determines that you are associated with Anti-Social Forces, the Company may suspend the provision of services related to the App without prior notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tokyo, Japan, in accordance with the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
