"N Suite," an enterprise wallet, and "Openloop," a domestically developed hardware wallet, now support system integration

double jump.tokyo, Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Directors: Hironobu Ueno, Yukinori Matsutani; hereafter "DJT") and Haudi Crypto, Inc. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Kazunori Asada; hereafter "Haudi Crypto") have formed a partnership in enterprise on-chain asset management, and are pleased to announce integration between DJT's enterprise wallet service "N Suite" and "Openloop," the domestically developed hardware wallet designed and provided by Haudi Crypto. Both companies have completed compatibility testing and confirmed that private keys stored on Openloop can be used safely within N Suite's request-and-approval workflow.

1. Background

N Suite is an enterprise wallet service provided by DJT. It offers multiple private key management methods to choose from depending on the use case, along with a multi-person request-and-approval workflow, supporting token operations for a wide range of companies from startups to listed enterprises. In 2025, it became the first corporate wallet in Japan to support the yen-denominated stablecoin JPYC, and has continued expanding features to support corporate stablecoin and on-chain finance use — including the "Treasury Access Plan," which safely connects to external DeFi services, and "N CLI," a wallet interface for AI agents.

For private key storage, in addition to a cloud-based option suited to everyday operations, N Suite has offered hardware wallet integration since 2022, allowing it to be combined with offline storage for high-value assets. At the same time, most hardware wallets on the Japanese market are made overseas, and companies have increasingly called for a device that is developed and supported domestically, for reasons of procurement, support, and audit compliance. To meet this need, the two companies formed a partnership, carried out compatibility testing with the domestically developed hardware wallet Openloop, and have now enabled integration.

2. Overview of the Integration

Through this integration, private keys stored on Openloop can now be used via N Suite's hardware wallet integration feature. The two companies have completed end-to-end testing of the full flow — from request and approval through to signing — within N Suite.

Specifically, a request to use a private key stored on Openloop is submitted through N Suite's workflow feature, and once approved by an internal approver, the requested transaction can be executed by connecting Openloop to N Suite and performing the signing operation. This lets an organization manage exactly what a private key is used for and who approved it, achieving well-governed private key operations on a domestically developed device.

N Suite x Openloop: the flow from request to signing and execution (4 steps - request, approval, connect & sign, execution)

What this integration enables

  • Governing the use of private keys stored on Openloop through N Suite's request-and-approval workflow
  • Offline storage (cold wallet operation) of high-value on-chain assets such as crypto assets and stablecoins, on a domestically developed device
  • Flexible asset management by combining a cloud-based option (everyday operations) with a hardware wallet (high-value asset storage)

3. About "Openloop"

Openloop, the domestically developed hardware wallet

Openloop is a hardware wallet (crypto wallet and signer) developed in Japan by Haudi Crypto, Inc. It supports around 215 networks and chains — including Bitcoin, the Ethereum family, XRP, Solana, and TRON — and about 2,600 currencies and tokens. It supports three connection methods (USB Type-C, Bluetooth, and QR code / air gap), letting you choose anything from fully online to fully offline use depending on the situation. Its secure element is the CC EAL6+ certified NXP SE050, and it also offers FIDO2/CTAP2-compliant passkey (security key) functionality. With a touch display, you can review transaction details on the device itself before signing. It stands out for being designed, developed, and supported entirely in Japan.

4. Looking Ahead

As corporate use of stablecoins for payments and treasury management accelerates, the private key management that underpins it demands an even higher level of security and governance. Through this partnership, the two companies will expand the options available for enterprise on-chain asset management and contribute to improving the safety of Japan's Web3 business environment. Going forward, they will continue working together to expand use cases for hardware wallets within corporations.

Comments from Leadership

Yukinori Matsutani, Representative Director & COO, double jump.tokyo, Inc.

"We're entering an era where companies are seriously handling on-chain assets, starting with stablecoins. One of the most important decisions in that shift is which device protects your private keys. We believe that adding Openloop — a device designed, developed, and supported entirely in Japan — as an option is a major step forward for Japanese companies' use of Web3. By combining it with N Suite's workflow, we'll be able to offer private key operations on a domestically developed device that can withstand an audit."

Kazunori Asada, President & CEO, Haudi Crypto, Inc.

"As more and more blockchain-based services are implemented in society, digital wallets — the common tool underlying them — are becoming more important by the day. A wallet isn't just for crypto asset payments; it's the security backbone used across every kind of decentralized application. With this integration between N Suite, a proven software wallet with broad reach, and the hardware wallet Openloop, security is now stronger and both products have become even more useful. In a field where overseas products hold the majority share, I also see this partnership between double jump.tokyo, Inc. and Haudi Crypto, Inc. — a coalition of Japanese companies — as a historic and truly welcome milestone."
